The Alligator Chopper and some Pico de Gallo

Hi All-

This is Carla!

I am thrilled to introduce you all to Cori Albers. Cori just happens to be my oldest daughter and she is a sensational chef.  Cori is happily married and lives in Maryville, Missouri, were she works as a Wine & Spirits Manager and Buyer for a large Grocery Store Chain. Cori’s passion for great food and wines, have presented many opportunities for her to work on high profile catering projects.  In addition to this, she hosts a variety of cooking classes and write a column as a Food/Wine Contributor for 605 Magazine. Whenever Cori visits, her and I always spend time shopping for kitchen accessories (that is…when she is not in the kitchen preparing something amazing). This trip she wanted to add ~The Alligator~ to her collection of gadgets.

The alligator is the ideal kitchen utensil for chopping fruits and vegetables. With this kitchen gadget there is no need for a knife or those bulky, hard to clean food processors. This item is a must for every household. The alligator is ideal for chopping onions, tomatoes, apples, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, potatoes, and a variety of other fruit and vegetables. The easy to clean alligator chopper is dishwasher proof or it can be rinsed under flowing water. A gadget must!

The Alligator chopper benefits include;
Professional and consistent results every time
Saves you time and money
Safe and easy to use
Non slip rubber feet
Easy to clean and is dishwasher safe
Unique patent design
Small and compact, ideal counter-top size

With the Alligator, Pico de Gallo is a breeze. Try this easy recipe.
